Dave Schulman, Director of Player Development
Dave has been coaching girls softball for almost 20 years. For the past 15 years he has coached with DAA in a variety of leagues and levels including in-house teams from U8, U10, U12, VIGs U14 and all the way up to U18.
He has spent 4 years as the VIGs Director for DAA, and 2 years as VIGs Vice President.
He has coached travel softball for the past 9 years, including 5 years with the Doylestown Dragons U16 and U18 teams. He helped develop the Dragons into one of the elite top level A teams in the state. Over a dozen players he coached have gone on to play Division 1 college softball.
For the past 4 yrs he has been the manager and coach for the Doylestown Mustangs U16/U18 travel teams.
For the past 6 yrs he has coached the CB East High School girls softball teams. His teams have made the playoffs 5 of the past 6 years and have won the District One title.
His goal in coaching is: “To have my players continually improve their skills and be able to play at the highest level they can while having fun, making friends and creating lasting memories during their ball playing years.”
Dave is available to coordinate private or semi-private hitting lessons, pitching lessons, fielding lessons as well as tailoring individual lessons to perfect specific softball skills.
Dave serves as a valuable resource to all DAA coaches as well as individual players. He hosts several softball clinics throughout the year often aided by current or former players.

Greg and Julia DeFusco. Greg and his daughter Julia have been coaching pitchers in and around the Bucks County area since 2010. Julia is a stand-out high school and tournament pitcher who brings real-life experience and valuable knowledge to prospective students.
